Saw a guy fishing off the Rocky River wall near Detroit Ave at 6am and now I have questions
I drive past the Rocky River Reservation almost every morning on my way to work in Westlake and for the past 3 weeks there has been this one older guy standing on the concrete wall near the Detroit Ave bridge with a bucket, rain or shine. This morning I actually pulled over because he was hauling in something big and it turned out to be a 28 inch steelhead, which I did not even know was a thing you could catch this close to the city. Does anybody know if that stretch is legal to fish or is he just braver than the rest of us?
