Warned my sister off the discount cat photo book and felt bad about it

She showed me a $12 cat book at an outlet in Austin and the printing was so washed out the calicos looked gray, while the $35 one I got her from the museum shop had color that actually popped. I felt bad steering her away from the cheap one, but would you have said something or just let her buy it?
