Old foreman said skip the nail gun for baseboards, I fought him for a week
My foreman at a job in Denver told me hand nailing baseboard gives you better control and less waste. I thought he was stuck in the past, so I used my 18 gauge on the first three rooms and blew through two boxes of nails on trim mistakes. He was right, the hand set approach saved me time in the end. Any of you guys swear by one method over the other for trim work?
