My boss quit on a Tuesday and I got her job by Thursday, now I'm drowning

So my manager Dana put in her two weeks on a Tuesday back in March, and by that Thursday our director asked me to take over her team of 11 people. I said yes because who turns that down, but nobody trained me on the budget stuff and I'm behind on everything. It's been four months and I still feel like I'm faking it every single day. Has anyone here moved into a lead role without any handoff, and did it ever stop feeling like you're about to get caught?
