A recruiter in Dallas let slip they screen out 75% of resumes before a person even reads them
Met her at a coffee shop near Mockingbird last Thursday and she mentioned their software tags anything missing the exact job title from the posting. I've been tweaking cover letters for weeks while my resume probably never reached human eyes. How many of you just paste the posting's title straight onto your resume now?
