That $95 open transport quote from a broker in Fresno went up $180 at pickup time
I booked a cheap open carrier to move my Civic from Fresno to Denver and the driver showed up saying the price was now $275 because of "fuel surcharge and winter routes." Should have asked for the all-in number in writing before I put down a deposit. How do you all vet these quotes so the price doesn't move on pickup day?
