TIL the $90 REI camp stove windscreen was a total waste on my trip to Moab
I bought it because a clerk said it would cut boil time in half, but after 4 days of wind at 20 mph it barely made a difference and my old folded foil did the same job, so has anyone actually seen a windscreen help enough to justify the price?
