I found out most hostels in Europe rent towels for cheap instead of making you buy one, which I learned from a front desk guy in Lisbon last month. That 2 euro rental stopped me from grabbing a $12 towel at the airport and I just packed my own micro towel for the rest of the trip. Does anyone else have a small fee that ended up saving them way more down the line?
