Can we talk about how long a swap takes with a bad broker?
I used to think all brokers were basically the same until my account transfer from TradePro took 11 business days last month. They lost my signed forms twice and kept asking for the same documents over email. I finally got my money moved to Fidelity after three phone calls and a complaint. Their customer service team gave me different answers every time I called. Has anyone else dealt with a broker dragging their feet on a simple rollover?

Oh man, I feel your pain. I had a similar nightmare with Vanguard where they "lost" my paperwork twice and gave me a different excuse each time. I mean, by the end I was ready to just drive to their office and hand it over in person.

Lost your signed forms twice? Man, that takes some real talent on their part. I'd be losing my mind if I had to send the same documents over more than once. TradePro sounds like a total clown show. Eleven business days is basically a lifetime in investing, I don't know how you kept your cool that long.
