Bought a $24 bone folder from a seller in Ohio, it cracked my first signature in half
I thought spending more would mean better quality but this thing had a rough edge I did not notice until it was too late. Has anyone else had luck smoothing out a cheap folder with sandpaper or should I just go back to my old teflon one?

Sandpaper works fine on a rough edge, you just need to go slow and keep the angle flat so you don't round off the crease. Paying more does not always mean smoother, my ten dollar teflon one has outlasted two fancy folders I tried. Fix the edge you have and save the cash for paper.
