Remember when we had to hand-draft every single layout on a big roll of vellum?

Now I just punch the numbers into the CAD program on my tablet, which saved me about 3 hours on a pressure vessel job last week. Anyone else miss the smell of the drafting room, or is it just me?

My old boss still has a roll of that vellum in his garage.

Vellum doesn't hold up well in a garage unless it's climate controlled. The humidity and temperature swings will make it brittle and yellow. He should bring it inside if he ever plans to use it for anything.
