Cardboard boxes in my classroom revealed a bad habit I had

I was sorting through old club games during a free period and realized I kept expansions and base games from different editions mixed together... then found a missing piece to a tutorial I'd given up on. It dawned on me that my storage issue was the same reason our group kept stalling on setup night. Anyone else accidentally merge two versions of the same game and lose an hour to confusion?
