DAE have a whole Saturday where every single bake went wrong?

So last Saturday I decided to knock out three things for my sister's baby shower on Sunday, and it was like the baking gods personally hated me lol. Started with a simple vanilla sheet cake, and I greased the pan with butter but forgot the flour, so half the top stayed glued to the pan when I flipped it. Then I figured whatever, I'll hide it with frosting, but my buttercream turned into a soupy mess because I used butter straight from the fridge and it never came together, just sloshed around the bowl. Moved on to lemon bars, and I pulled them out at 25 minutes because the timer went off, but the middle was still liquid, so I shoved them back in and burned the edges black. The cookies were the worst part though, I doubled the recipe but only put in one egg because my phone rang and I lost count, and they baked into flat greasy discs that spread into one giant cookie blob. I ended up at the grocery store at 9pm buying two tubs of store frosting and a boxed brownie mix, and honestly nobody at the shower even noticed. Does anyone else have those days where you just have to wave the white flag and start over with something from a box?
