Just hit 1000 sourdough loaves on my current starter

I started it from scratch in my kitchen in March 2020 and it's still going strong. Anyone else have a starter that's hit a surprising age or output number?

My buddy's starter survived a house fire.

Is that starter even usable anymore after something like that? I imagine the heat alone would warp the casing or mess with the internals, but maybe it's one of those old cast iron ones that are practically indestructible. Still, even if it works, I'd worry about hidden damage or melted wiring inside. I honestly think I'd just buy a new one out of caution, but I guess if it still cranks, that's pretty impressive.
