Baked 1,000 birthday cakes last month and nobody warned me about the frost fatigue
I hit 1,000 birthday cakes in March for my home bakery in Austin, and the sheer repetition of piping rosettes left my wrist screaming by day 20. Does anyone else track their cake counts and hit a surprise burnout milestone like this, or am I just overdoing the buttercream?
