Building a 10x10 shed pad with a hand tamper took me 6 weekends and it still leans

Everyone on here says rent a plate compactor, but I was cheap and did 4 inches of gravel with a hand tamper, and that little 2 degree lean at the corner is never going away. Should I pull the gravel and start over, or just shim the sill plate and pretend I never saw it?
