My rooster's crowing woke the whole block, and one text changed my setup

I've had my flock for about 2 years, 5 hens and a loud rooster named Biscuit. Last month my across the street neighbor texted me at 6am saying the crowing was making her baby cry every morning. I was defensive at first, but I started paying attention and yeah, he was going off at 545 sharp. I moved the coop to the far side of the garage and added some heavy tarps over the windows to block light. It bought me maybe 45 extra minutes of quiet. But the real fix was putting a timer on the coop light so it turns on at 7am instead of letting the sun wake him. He still crows, just later. Has anyone else had to rework their whole morning routine for a neighbor? How do you handle a rooster in a tight backyard?
