My hens quit laying for 3 weeks after I moved their coop 15 feet, so I played a radio out there and now I get 5 eggs a day, coincidence or not?

15 feet is enough to mess with their routine since they map out familiar territory by sight. If the radio is helping, it might be the steady noise drowning out new sounds like traffic or predators that were spooking them after the move.
