TIL adding a rear sway bar to my bone stock Civic did more for cornering than the $900 coilovers I almost bought
I was dead set on coilovers after a guy at a cars and coffee in Denver told me they were the only real way to fix body roll, and I had $900 saved up for a set. Then I read a thread on a Honda forum where people kept saying a $150 rear sway bar from a wrecked Si made a bigger difference on a daily driven car, so I grabbed one at a junkyard for $40 and bolted it on in my driveway in about an hour. Honestly the car turns in so much flatter now that I'm wondering what else I'm wasting money on, anyone here run just a rear bar on a stock suspension and did you ever end up wanting the coilovers anyway?
