The librarian at my local branch told me to try one weird search trick and it actually worked
I was stuck on a history paper about old shipping routes for like two weeks, just typing the same words into the search bar over and over. The librarian at the Benson branch in Omaha told me to stop searching full sentences and just pull the subject terms out of one good book's record instead, so I tried it and found eleven sources in one afternoon. Has anyone else had a librarian hand them one small tip that unlocked a whole search?
