Spent $85 on a cheap pinpointing probe and it kept beeping at nothing
Took it to a creek site outside Athens, Georgia where I had permission to hunt a washed out bank. Every time it hit wet clay it screamed like there was a target, so I dug 14 holes in one Saturday and got zero signals from my actual detector. Switched to a mid range pointer after that and the difference was night and day. Anybody got a recommendation for one that holds up in wet ground?
