I spent 4 days chasing an online listing in Denver that kept getting ghosted by the property manager, but a laundromat bulletin board had a duplex for $150 less and the landlord answered in 20 minutes. Has anyone else had better luck with old school flyers than rental apps, or is that just a fluke in this market?
