Just developed a roll where every frame had my thumb in it
Went out last Tuesday with my old Canonet and shot 36 frames around the farmers market in Des Moines. Got home, developed them, and every single shot has my left thumb curled into the corner like it was posing for its own portrait. Turns out my grip on the focus ring makes my thumb drift over the lens when I'm not paying attention. I only noticed because frame 17 accidentally captured my entire pinky nail in crisp detail, which is honestly sharper than any actual subject I've ever shot. Has anyone else had a physical habit like this ruin a whole roll without realizing until the negatives are dry?
