Met a guy at the dead food court who still worked there
Went poking around the old Tri-County Mall in Cincinnati last month and found this older security guard just chilling by the shuttered Orange Julius. He told me the mall kept him on payroll for 14 years after it closed just to make sure nobody stole the tiles from the fountain. Asked him if he ever got lonely and he said nah, the pigeons keep him company. Anyone else run into staff who never left their abandoned spot?
